Angela di Gualco
Holistic Resilience Coach
My Approach
I believe that true wellness is holistic. My work is designed to help you calm an overactive nervous system, practice deep self-compassion, and navigate major life transitions with resilience.
My clients describe my presence as calming, compassionate, deeply insightful, and completely dedicated to their growth. I don’t look at your diagnosis or transition as something to be “fixed” with rigid goals. Instead, we work together synergistically to build a balanced life that honors your body’s daily resources and uncovers your inner wisdom.

Personal Life
I live in the sunny Southwestern United States with my spouse and our dogs. I am a lifelong learner, an avid reader, and a longstanding enthusiast of foreign films. I enjoy cooking delicious meals with family and friends.
As someone living with chronic illness, I deeply understand the daily dance of pacing and boundaries. I love to travel and experience other cultures, and I am continually practicing my own holistic frameworks so I can explore the world while gently supporting my own body and health.
